Head of Marketing
In this role, you manage the marketing strategy from brand leadership to measurable bookings. You integrate performance marketing, content, PR, and influencer partnerships with leading the team and working on guest retention.
Your responsibilities
- Development of an international brand strategy
- Increase brand awareness, demand, and bookings
- Strategic positioning of the brand in the Medical Health and Longevity sector
- Building and managing a KPI system along the funnel
- Managing reach, leads, inquiries, and bookings
- Responsibility for Meta ads
- Responsibility for Google ads
- Managing additional channels in DACH and international markets
- Weekly data-driven development of paid media activities
- Further development of AI-supported processes
- Planning organic postings on social media
- Managing the editorial calendar
- Creating content
- Community management
- Ensuring clean data foundations with GA4, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and consent
Your profile
- Completed studies in marketing
- Completed studies in communication
- Completed studies in economics
- Completed studies in tourism/hospitality management
- Equivalent education
- Several years of experience in marketing
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in premium hospitality, health/wellness, medical travel, or luxury brands is ideal
- Understanding of premium target groups
- Understanding of exclusive brand experiences
- Understanding of the special requirements of international luxury brands
- Proven experience in performance management
- Experience in managing budgets based on KPIs
- Experience in data-driven optimization of campaigns
- Experience with measurable results
