The voccess Talent Pool consists of candidates who have registered themselves and created a profile—many with Deep Match, which includes professional, motivational, and cultural assessments. We do not display profiles publicly: After your request, we match your requirements with our pool, a recruiter reviews each recommendation, and you receive a pseudonymized shortlist.

How the voccess Talent Pool is created
Registration with profile
Candidates create their own profile—with resume, work experience, education, skills, languages, desired career fields, and conditions like work location and salary expectations.
Assessments (Deep Match)
Those interested can complete three assessments: professional for each career field, motivational, and cultural. This makes fit comparable beyond keywords.
Continuously updated
Candidates themselves maintain the profiles. When a new assessment is added, voccess recalculates the fit for open positions.

How you find suitable candidates through voccess – and how we protect their data.
No. Due to data protection reasons, there is no open candidate database. You tell us about your position, we match it with the pool, and present you with a reviewed, pseudonymized shortlist.
Specialists and executives who have registered with voccess and created a profile. Many have also completed the Deep Match assessments, which measure professional, motivational, and cultural fit.
The shortlist is pseudonymized: You assess fit and recommendations without any personal data being shared. If you wish to meet someone, voccess will facilitate the contact.
We then search actively—through Active Sourcing and our network, similar to Professional Search and Executive Search. The pool is an accelerator, not a limitation.
No. Deep Match calculates the fit and explains it, but each recommendation is individually reviewed and approved by a recruiter. There is intentionally no mass approval.
