Your responsibilities

Take on the strategic overall responsibility for integrated quality management in the company.
Develop and implement measurable quality standards.
Ensure effective risk and safety management in medicine and care.

Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative expert committees on strategic priorities.

Manage medical and nursing controlling to support strategic decisions.
Lead and develop a team of experts with empathetic leadership skills.

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in a larger healthcare organization, preferably in a clinical setting.
Professional experience in quality and process management.
Thorough understanding of medical and nursing contexts.
Confidence in dealing with interdisciplinary expert and leadership committees.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on result responsibility.
Strong implementation skills in strategic projects.
Knowledge of Lean Management is desirable.
Outstanding strategic foresight.
High level of management competence and innovative spirit.
A reliable, cooperative, and connecting personality.
