In this position, you will act as a deputy for the department head in structural fire protection and insulation technology. You will coordinate operational tasks, create duty rosters, and monitor the implementation of ongoing work. You will also organize appointments, manage material use, and participate in administrative processes.
Your responsibilities
- Deputizing for the department head during their absence
- Creating duty rosters for the team
- Allocating operational tasks to staff
- Monitoring the ongoing implementation of tasks and projects
- Coordinating appointments within the department
- Organizing material orders
- Management of inventory
- Processing orders
- Assisting in employee payroll preparation with SAP-CATS
- Proficient use of MS Office to support activities
Your profile
- Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, foreman, HTL)
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Initial experience in a leadership role or strong leadership potential
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- High flexibility in changing tasks
- Quick adaptability to new requirements
- Ability to remain calm and focused during demanding periods
- Effective prioritization and reliable completion of tasks
- Resilience, especially in responsible times
