Operational Buyer with Focus
You manage the operational control of purchasing processes, focusing on technology and care. Your responsibilities include evaluating supplier offers and ensuring efficient ordering and delivery processes. Additionally, you are involved in tenders and process optimizations.
Your responsibilities
- Operational purchasing management in the Technology & Care team
- Obtaining and analyzing supplier offers
- Economic evaluation of offers
- Ensuring a smooth ordering process in the ERP (Inplan, SAP)
- Monitoring the delivery process and resolving discrepancies
- Invoice verification and coordination with accounting
- Independent execution of tenders after onboarding
- Independent award procedures according to BVergG after onboarding
- Maintaining data quality in the procurement system
- Contributing to the development of purchasing processes
- Support in the SAP project with potential for a key user role
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical education
- IT focus (e.g., HAK, HTL, FH) is an advantage
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing
- Structured and solution-oriented working approach
- Strong process understanding
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with internal partners
- Strong communication skills in dealing with suppliers
- Experience with SAP, ideally SAP HANA
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Interest in procurement law and public procurement processes
