In this position, you will take on the medical leadership of a health resort with a focus on orthopedic and rehabilitative therapies. You will lead a team of doctors and be responsible for the medical care of the guests. The work is daytime from Monday to Friday, either full-time or part-time.
Your responsibilities
- Professional leadership of a multi-member medical team
- Coordination of medical processes in the health resort
- Medical intake examination of the guests
- Creation of individual therapy plans for guests
- Conducting final discussions after therapies
- Ensuring medical quality in the health resort
- Further development of medical standards
- Collaboration with the therapy and management team
- Work schedule exclusively from Monday to Friday during the day
- Leadership of an experienced medical and operational team
Your profile
- Completed specialist training in orthopedics and traumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, internal medicine, or general medicine
- Experience in a senior role in the medical field
- Professional experience in spa or rehabilitation settings is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to lead a team
- Willingness to work from Monday to Friday during the day
- Ability to coordinate between medical and therapeutic staff
- Familiarity with intake and final examinations
- Knowledge of individual therapy planning
- Commitment to the further development of medical quality standards
