We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a healthcare company. The role involves strategic and operational oversight as well as the development of the organization and its services. The goal is to ensure high-quality and economically sustainable healthcare provision.

Your responsibilities

Strategic management of the organization in line with the service mandate
Operational leadership to ensure core services
Development of organizational structure and management models
Alignment of processes with regional political objectives
Expansion of medical and nursing services
Identification of reorganization potentials
Implementation of efficiency improvements and synergies
Ensuring patient-oriented and quality-assured care
Promoting the economic sustainability of healthcare provision
Utilizing development opportunities in medicine, economics, and organization
Establishing partnerships with other institutions and partners
Management of change and investment projects
Collaboration with owner representatives, committees, and executives
Represent the company internally and externally

Your profile

Completed university degree in economics, law, health sciences, or human medicine
Several years of leadership experience in a hospital group, hospital, or complex institution
Strong knowledge of business management
Strong understanding of science, research, and teaching
Excellent knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system
Understanding of financing and care structures in healthcare
Experience in organizational development and transformation processes
Comprehensive knowledge in risk, process, and quality management
Confident handling of complex structures and committees
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Habilitation or comparable scientific qualifications are an advantage
Commitment to science, research, and teaching
Ability for clear, appreciative, and binding leadership
Strategic foresight with strong implementation skills
Confident communication skills with politics and the public
