Your responsibilities

Technical management of the Chemistry & Immunology and Molecular Biology departments
Organizational management of both departments
Participation in strategic decisions
Team leadership
Planning personnel requirements
Involvement in recruiting
Conducting employee discussions
Ensuring smooth operations
Organization of duty scheduling
Organizing training sessions
Coordination of training programs
Ensuring compliance with high quality standards
Drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Development of laboratory diagnostics

Your profile

Completed degree in Biomedical Analytics
Professional experience in a leadership role
In-depth analytical expertise
