In this position, you will take on the management of truck dispatching for the southern ports. This includes coordinating operations, handling offers, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of truck dispatching for the southern ports
Preparation of offers
Acceptance of loads
Rejection of loads
Coordination with colleagues in export
Support for colleagues in import
Communication with Austrian clients
Communication with German clients
Coordination with English-speaking subcontractors
Organization of dispatch processes
Managing the relevant work area

Your profile

Several years of experience in truck dispatching
Experience with an in-house fleet is ideal
General freight forwarding knowledge
Completed training as a freight forwarder
Commercial vocational training as an alternative
C1 German skills
Serbo-Croatian language skills
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Financial acumen
Self-motivation ability
