We are seeking an experienced executive to lead a logistics site, responsible for the operational management and optimization of processes. You will lead a team, manage the budget, and apply project management skills. The goal is to continuously ensure efficient logistics processes.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for a logistics site
Operational management and control of logistics operations
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in operational processes
Monitor product availability
Manage the recycling cycle
Implement hygiene measures
Ensure quality and occupational safety standards
Responsible for budget management, including monitoring and reporting
Apply project management to optimize operations
Hands-on involvement to ensure smooth logistics processes
Continuous optimization and development of processes
Lead and develop employees
Plan personnel needs at the logistics site

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical education (apprenticeship, HAK, HTL)
Several years of relevant professional experience
Leadership experience in a comparable position
Interest in supply chain management with a focus on operational logistics
Experience in project management
Experience in process management
Knowledge of business management key figures
Experience in budget preparation
Flexible personality
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
