We are searching for a specialist in controlling who looks beyond mere reporting and actively contributes to the management and development of company processes. In this position, you will assume a central role in group-wide controlling and work closely with various departments.

Your responsibilities

Development of group-wide controlling to increase transparency
Creation and improvement of reports, analyses, and management tools
Analysis and critical evaluation of figures, processes, and business trends
Collaboration with business unit controllers, finance, HR, IT, and other interfaces
Advancing the standardization of controlling processes and structures
Support in the digitization of controlling tools
Contribute to the optimization of internal cost allocations
Ensuring high data quality for analyses and decisions
Participation and leadership in sub-projects within group-wide projects
Support in implementing new concepts, processes, and software solutions

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a corporate environment
Analytical thinking and understanding of complex relationships
Ability to clearly and decisively present complex issues
Independent work style with clear prioritization
Confident and assured communication with various hierarchical levels
Strong IT and data affinity, e.g., in dealing with Power BI
Interest in modern, data-based controlling methods
Team orientation combined with a sense of responsibility
Excellent German and English skills at least at C1 level
