We are looking for a specialist to take over operational responsibility for managing international transports. This includes overseeing daily dispatch and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic transport environment. The role requires coordinating various partners and resolving unexpected situations.
Your responsibilities
- Take over daily dispatch according to overarching transport planning
- Accompany international transports in operational procedures
- Apply commercial guidelines for transport decisions
- Ensure coordination with clients, transport partners, and driving personnel
- Coordinate with ferry and rail operators
- Accelerate the clarification of open points with involved parties
- Develop suitable solutions in case of capacity constraints
- Prioritize during unforeseen events
- Document business transactions completely and accurately
- Adhere to quality standards and internal processes
- Ensure the flow of information between adjacent teams
- Share relevant market and process information
Your profile
- Completed economic education at least at Matura level
- Professional experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent language skills in Serbian, Bosnian, or Croatian (at least C1)
- German skills at least B1 or fluent English at least C1
- Willingness to travel regularly for work
- Commercial understanding present
- Enjoyment in organizational and coordinating tasks
- Clear and solution-oriented communication even with changes
- Independent working style
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
