Head of Supply Chain Mgmt

• Overall responsibility for the strategic, economic, and organizational management of the SCM Supply Side department
• Development of the department in accordance with company strategy
• Representing the department in management and participating in decision-making
• Responsibility for the department's budget, results, and resources
• Setting and monitoring goals and key performance indicators with executives
• Leading and developing responsible executives
• Ensuring cross-departmental collaboration of the teams
• Managing the project portfolio and overseeing supply chain projects
• Promoting continuous optimization and development of inbound processes
• Further developing efficient logistics networks
• Responsibility for the international consolidation platform and its strategic and operational development
• Developing an active and sustainable supplier management
• Monitoring supplier performance

• Completed degree with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Economics
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in retail or consultancy is advantageous
• At least five years of leadership experience, preferably including managing leaders
• In-depth knowledge of project management
• Experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects
• Very good MS Office skills
• Ideally, experience with internal systems
• Ability to develop and lead teams
• Competence in strategic planning and implementation
