You will take over the leadership of occupational therapy, responsible for its organization and development. You will actively collaborate with patients and lead the team with clarity and appreciation.
Your responsibilities
- Leadership of occupational therapy with a clear and appreciative approach
- Design and assumption of overall responsibility for occupational therapy
- Active collaboration in the therapeutic team with patients
- Development of therapeutic concepts in collaboration with the team
- Incorporation of new impulses into therapeutic processes
- Organization of the occupational therapy department
- Ensuring necessary resources for the department
- Managing areas of tension within the department
- Mediator and connector of different perspectives in the team
- Responsibility for therapy rooms and office organization
Your profile
- Completed training in occupational therapy
- Alternatively, a completed degree in occupational therapy
- Experience in rehabilitation settings
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Resilience in the workplace
