In this position, as an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational support of executives within the HR sector. You will independently manage the entire recruiting process and oversee measures in personnel and organizational development.

Your responsibilities

Advising executives on strategic HR topics
Supporting executives in operational HR matters
Independent management of the recruiting process
Execution of the entire recruiting process
Deriving HR measures from strategic goals
Implementation of targeted HR measures
Planning personnel development measures
Implementation of talent management measures
Accompanying change processes
Support with team and organizational development
Co-shaping cross-departmental HR projects
Implementation of HR initiatives

Your profile

Completed studies in business, law, or technology
Preferably with a focus on Human Resources
Basic technical understanding or affinity
Willingness for targeted knowledge enhancement
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Ideally in a technology-oriented company
Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills
Consulting competence in executive support
Strategic and solution-oriented thinking
High implementation strength and hands-on mentality
Empathetic and integrative personality
Confident demeanor and good intuition for people and organizations
