Technical Program Manager Engineering

• Develop project and program plans for engineering services and monitor their status.
• Coordinate tasks, work packages, and milestones within engineering.
• Assist in resource estimation and planning for engineering.
• Plan and schedule technical tests on test and laboratory systems.
• Initiate and track orders for engineering materials.
• Organize technical documents for pilot and series production and ensure their availability.
• Coordinate, monitor, and support the execution of special requests (NSRs) in the product lifecycle management system.
• Facilitate meetings for technical milestone approvals.
• Track and report KPIs in engineering for risk and progress control.
• Participate in the planning of the technical budget (OPEX, CAPEX, AOP).
• Prepare content for client meetings.
• Manage the handover of product developments to other business areas.
• Develop and communicate clear messages to leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Create presentations, reports, and summaries for marketing and management.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of professional experience, or Master’s with at least 6 years, or Ph.D. with at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience in continuous improvement, technical program management, or a comparable role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with strong influencing and managing skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.
• Quick comprehension of complex contexts and independent, proactive work style.
• Excellent project management skills.
