- Experience in internationally oriented system landscapes
- In-depth technical knowledge of SAP
- Experience with SAP HCM
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in the technical design of system changes
- Experience in evaluating system changes
- Experience in implementing system changes
- Experience with releases
