• Analyze and prepare management-relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and executives.
• Present KPIs to support business decisions.
• Independently initiate and manage the planning process.
• Independently develop and coordinate budgeting.
• Prepare investment calculations.
• Develop business cases for decision-making.
• Conduct scenario calculations for risk assessment.
• Create simulations to support operational decisions.
• Project calculations in collaboration with operational departments.
• Derive actions from reports.
• Participate in management meetings to present results.
• Continuously optimize the controlling and cost accounting system.
• Actively participate in digitization projects in controlling.
• Support initiatives to increase efficiency in the controlling area.

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in controlling
• Knowledge of cost accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing companies.
• Technical understanding of production processes.
• Interest in operational processes.
• Confident handling of ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficient in handling large amounts of data in MS Excel.
• Confident and assertive demeanor.
• Enjoy working independently.
• Ability to operate in complex, dynamic environments.
