After a guided onboarding, you will take over the management of a branch area with multiple locations. You will be responsible for both personnel leadership and the organizational control and monitoring of the assigned area.
Your responsibilities
- Manage a branch area with 6 to 7 locations
- Lead up to 30 employees
- Make personnel hiring decisions
- Manage personnel development in the area
- Plan employee deployment
- Organize the branch area
- Coordinate workflows in the area
- Conduct audits in the branch area
- Take over the area after the training phase
- Contribute to the overall success of the area
Your profile
- Completed degree from a university
- Completed degree from a university of applied sciences
- Economic sciences branch of study
- Recently completed degree
- Bring determination
- Bring nationwide mobility
- Be resilient
- Have a confident demeanor
- Be assertive
- Bring high social competence
