In this position, you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for accounting and payroll. Additionally, you will be involved in financial statements, reporting, and supporting the management.
Your responsibilities
- Actively shape financial statements
- Handle cost accounting
- Take over payroll
- Prepare financial statements according to UGB
- Clarify accounting issues
- Coordinate individual tax questions with the tax consultancy
- Accompany audits
- Supervise a bookkeeping employee
- Critically evaluate organizational processes
- Optimize processes
- Report to management periodically
- Support company management in financial decisions
