- Further development of ITIL-oriented service processes.
- Work on service levels.
- Work on KPIs.
- Management of incident management.
- Management of problem management.
- Management of change management.
- Further development of central IT services.
- Further development of central platforms.
- Work with Microsoft 365.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a service-oriented IT organization.
- Experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Experience as an IT Service Manager.
- Experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Experience as a Team Leader in IT Support.
- Experience as a Team Leader in IT Operations.
- Experience in team leadership
- Experience in the professional management of teams.
- Interest in developing structures.
- Interest in developing workflows.
- Good understanding of IT service processes.
- Ideally, knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience with incident management.
- Experience with problem management.
- Experience with change management.
