In this position, you will take on a central role in HR with a focus on recruiting, support, and employment law issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of processes and structures and work closely with executives.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management of the recruiting process
- Guidance throughout the entire recruiting process
- Coordination of external payroll
- Coordination with external service providers
- Consultation with executives on HR topics
- Consultation with executives on employment law questions
- Support for employees throughout the Employee Life Cycle
- Participation in HR projects
- Development of HR structures
- Development of HR processes
- Collaboration with management
- Collaboration with executives
Your profile
- Several years of experience in HR management
- Experience as an HR Business Partner
- Extensive experience in recruiting technical specialists
- Extensive experience in recruiting commercial specialists
- Good knowledge of Austrian payroll
- Experience in dealing with external service providers
- Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Structured personality
- Independent working style
- Strong communication skills
- Strong hands-on mentality
