We are seeking an experienced executive for the finance department to manage and optimize all financial processes. This role is responsible for accounting, liquidity planning, and the preparation of reports and analyses, supporting management in key decisions.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility for ongoing accounting including asset accounting
Execution of accruals in accordance with periods
Preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Planning and controlling liquidity
Preparation of relevant key figures and evaluations
Processing of VAT advance notifications in Austria
Assessment of the reclaimability of foreign VAT on travel and lodging expenses
Analysis of financial processes through cost center control and economic analyses
Support for management in financial decisions
Monitoring and reconciliation of financial transactions such as inventory valuation
Control of open delivery notes and test settings
Organization of intra-group settlements and management of credit limits
Responsibility for personnel administration
Take on preparatory payroll accounting
Processing of tax and statistical reports

Your profile

Completed business administration degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or controlling
Several years of practical experience in ongoing accounting
Confidence in handling accounting processes
In-depth knowledge of accounting
Experience in finance and accounting
Comprehensive knowledge of tax law
Ideally, experience in preparatory payroll and salary accounting
Strong entrepreneurial thinking
Analytical competence
Structured and solution-oriented working approach
Good communication skills
High level of responsibility
