Head of Technical & Maintenance

• Overall responsibility for planning and managing all maintenance activities
• Take on budgeting and implementation of maintenance measures
• Develop and continually improve sustainable maintenance strategies
• Organize and manage renovation and apartment refurbishment projects
• Ensure compliance with legal inspection, maintenance, and documentation obligations
• Maintain and update building records
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Systematically identify technical defects and develop corrective measures
• Select and commission external craftsmen and service providers
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of external partners
• Obtain, review, and economically evaluate proposals
• Lead negotiations on framework agreements and further develop them
• Quality control and acceptance of completed work
• Contribute to and implement the decarbonization strategy
• Further develop energy and resource management

• Completed technical education (HTL, master's certificate, university of applied sciences, or university)
• Ideally specializing in construction, building services engineering, or similar
• Several years of extensive professional experience in technical property management or similar
• Proven leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience in budget and organizational responsibility
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical property management
• Understanding of technical and economic interrelations
• Experience in project management
