• Master's degree in business, engineering, data analysis, or related fields.
• PhD, MBA, or Executive MBA is an advantage.
• 10-15 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, business development, or consultancy.
• Experience supporting strategic and executive decisions in an international environment.
• Industry knowledge in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology sectors preferred.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in relevant areas such as market intelligence or strategy.
• Proven leadership skills and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis, strategy, and competitive intelligence.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
