We are seeking an experienced professional in personnel management to function as an HR Business Partner. The role includes advising executives, supporting employees, and participating in strategic HR projects. You will support the continuous improvement of HR processes in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

Serve as the central contact for HR matters
Fully manage the employee lifecycle
Advise executives at headquarters and branches
Actively support the implementation of the HR strategy
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives
Continuously improve existing HR processes
Promote the development of HR practices
Design and lead international HR projects
Conduct company-wide surveys
Implement process implementations
Develop and oversee CSR measures
Coordinate group-wide employee initiatives
Promote employer branding activities

Your profile

Completed economic education with a focus on HR management preferred
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or as a Junior HR Business Partner
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Willingness to travel for work
