You will assume overall responsibility for the operational performance of a complex PCB/EMB production facility. In this role, you will manage production, technology implementation, and leadership to achieve defined performance goals.

Your responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for plant targets (output, quality, cost, delivery, safety)
Ensure reliable and predictable production execution
Translate business and plant strategy into priorities and measurable actions
Drive the consistent implementation of these actions
Lead and further develop the operations organization
Build a leadership team and establish clear responsibilities
Strengthen operational discipline and process stability on the production floor
Implement effective shop floor management with transparent KPIs
Drive technology implementations and industrialization
Plan ramp-ups and bring them to the required performance levels
Identify and correct performance gaps at an early stage
Ensure budget discipline and make resource/investment decisions
Actively control cost, productivity, and efficiency levers
Comply with quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements

Your profile

University degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Solid background in PCB, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
Proven leadership experience in plant or operations management
Track record of success in complex production environments with low to high volumes
Good business understanding of cost structures
Knowledge of efficiency levers and operational KPIs
Implementation-oriented leadership personality, capable under pressure
Ability to think strategically while driving execution
Ability to challenge, align, and further develop teams
Strong focus on building competencies and developing leaders
Continually advancing the organization to enhance performance and capabilities
Experience in leading intercultural and cross-functional teams
Fluent in German and English
