Senior Director Technology

• Oversee the strategic management of the innovation portfolio and technological direction
• Operational management of the innovation portfolio
• Lead and develop the technology and innovation areas
• Identify new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes

• Manage R&D projects from concept phase to production maturity

• Several years of leadership experience in industrial research and development, technology, or innovation
• Proven responsibility for results in relevant areas
• Experience in evaluating ideas and innovation potential
• Experience in development and qualification up to production maturity
• Experience with industrialization, market launch, or integration into line organization

• Experience with decisions on the start, continuation, halt, or scaling of initiatives
• Fluent German skills in technical, commercial, and management situations
