We are seeking an experienced executive for the technical management in a production company. The role involves leading a team as well as acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments. The goal is the efficient control and further development of production processes.
Your responsibilities
- Planned takeover of management within a maximum of twelve months
- Leading a small skilled team
- Acting as an essential link between clients and the company
- Internal coordination between the purchasing, sales, logistics, production, and finance departments
- Optimization of production processes
- Ensuring and employing modern production technologies
- Active support for small, large, and industrial clients
- Introduction of new tools in the production process
- Continuous development of existing processes
- Improvement and adaptation of workflows
Your profile
- Completed higher education (apprenticeship with Matura, HTL, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of business management
- Experience in leadership positions, ideally as a team leader or production manager
- Strong service orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with pragmatic action
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Instinct for team dynamics in the production area
- English skills are an advantage
- Willingness for further training if needed
- High sense of responsibility, loyalty, and honesty
- Active and clear communication in daily work
- Decision-making ability and strategic foresight
- Practical "hands-on" mentality
