We are seeking an experienced specialist for controlling, who will be responsible for and further develop corporate controlling. The position includes leading a team, preparing reports, budget planning, and analytical tasks to support management.
Your responsibilities
- Take over the leadership of corporate controlling
- Further develop controlling processes
- Mentor and lead a junior team member in controlling
- Regular preparation of reports and evaluations
- Derive actions from analysis results
- Responsibility for budget preparation
- Conduct rolling planning and actual-to-target comparisons
- Create calculations and profitability assessments
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for management
- Participate in annual financial statements and financial projects
- Cooperate with sales and production departments as well as management
Your profile
- Completed academic education in controlling or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- Solid understanding of business management contexts
- Strong affinity for IT and digitalization
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
- Strong initiative
- Enjoyment and ability in communication
- Team skills and cooperative working style
- Sense of responsibility
- High level of independence in work execution
