You will lead the production and be responsible for planning, managing, and further developing the manufacturing processes. In doing so, you will optimize plants, design production processes, and lead the production team.
Your responsibilities
- Participation in the planning and development of new production facilities
- Planning and setup of the new powder production
- Overall responsibility for production planning
- Management of ongoing production operations
- Further development of production processes
- Implementation and adjustment of structures and procedures
- Optimization of plants for performance enhancement
- Ensuring efficiency in production processes
- Securing and monitoring product quality
- Ensuring occupational safety in production processes
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the production team
- Analysis of existing processes and implementation of improvement measures
- Coordination with technical, logistics, quality assurance, and other interfaces
Your profile
- Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, FH, university)
- Several years of experience in production management or control
- Passion for production processes
- Genuine interest in optimizing plants
- Knowledge in production management
- Ideally, experience with lean methods
- Strong communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Hands-on mentality
- Team player
- High level of initiative
- Very good MS Office skills
- Ideally, experience with ERP systems
- Good German language skills
- Good English language skills
