We are seeking an experienced executive to take responsibility for complex production processes with over 200 employees. You will manage overall processes and further develop organizational structures, promoting efficient production and modern leadership principles.
Your responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for all production processes
- Lead department heads and over 200 employees in shift operations
- Further develop process and organizational structures
- Optimize resource utilization
- Ensure production quality
- Monitor production output
- Strengthen LEAN management culture
- Implement continuous improvement process
- Collaborate with internal areas such as SCM and engineering
- Coordinate external partners
- Manage budget responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations
- Lead projects within the department, company, and group
- Participate in projects
Your profile
- Completed higher technical education, preferably academic
- Several years of leadership experience in flow or series production with shift operations
- Commercial understanding
- Knowledge of Lean Management
- English language skills
- Socially competent personality
