You take on overall responsibility for Quality & Operations and strategically and operationally manage quality management, quality assurance, and production. You also shape organizational structures and drive international transformation and performance improvement projects.

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement overall strategy for Quality & Operations
Strategic and operational management of quality management, quality assurance, and production
Lead, coach, and develop multiple specialist teams and senior managers
Ensure an effective quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001
Increase production performance and efficiency
Improve delivery reliability
Ensure product availability
Manage cost and capacity targets
Manage site relocations as a strategic initiative
Manage product launches and product life cycles
Responsible for make-or-buy decisions and process transitions
Implement and develop KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and governance
Promote Lean Management, automation, digitization, and operational excellence
Engage in proactive risk management and continuously improve metrics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and international functions

Your profile

Completed technical or business education (university or equivalent)
Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, quality management, or related industrial environments
In-depth knowledge of modern quality management systems
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Proven experience in leading complex transformation and change management projects
Solid knowledge in Lean Management
Experience with continuous improvement methods
Knowledge in automation and digital transformation
Good understanding of supply chain management
Knowledge in production planning
Experience in supplier management
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
Confident use of modern digital work environments
Strong communication skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
