Your responsibilities
- Leadership and professional development of the purchasing team
- Creating suitable conditions for successful team collaboration
- Planning and managing strategic purchasing
- Leading and managing operational purchasing
- Ensuring economical procurement
- Ensuring timely procurement processes
- Developing and implementing future-oriented procurement approaches
- Conducting national price negotiations
- Conducting international price negotiations
- Conducting national contract negotiations
- Conducting international contract negotiations
- Building and maintaining long-term supplier partnerships
- Targeted development of the supplier portfolio
- Supporting investment decisions as a sparring partner
- Expert support in award decisions
Your profile
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university or equivalent)
- Solid business management know-how
- Several years of experience in strategic purchasing for a manufacturing company
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing for a manufacturing company
- Ideally, experience in project purchasing in the CEE region
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking
- High commercial acumen
- Leadership experience
- Competence in designing and developing teams
- Excellent English skills
- Confident demeanor in an international environment
