You will take on the role of leading the corporate consolidation department for the first time, responsible for preparing and analyzing IFRS financial statements. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-departmental projects and lead an experienced consolidation team.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for entire corporate consolidation
Prepare quarterly IFRS financial statements
Prepare annual IFRS financial statements
Ensure the quality, plausibility, and timeliness of financial statements
Analyze the content of divisional statements
Analyze the content of the consolidated financial statement
Prepare analysis results for the target audience
Lead an experienced consolidation team
Create and establish clear structures in the department
Promote team collaboration and professional development
Advance cross-departmental projects
Further develop consolidation and reporting solutions
Optimize processes, standards, and guidelines
Act as a central liaison to audit, investor relations, IT, ESG, and international subsidiaries
Coordinate complex issues within the corporate environment

Your profile

Completed degree in economics
Several years of experience in corporate accounting, consolidation, or auditing
In-depth knowledge of IFRS
Ability to recognize economic interrelations
Confident in an international corporate environment
German proficiency for professional communication
English proficiency for international collaboration
Organizational talent
Strong communication skills
Ability to professionally coordinate diverse stakeholders
Leadership experience is welcome
Natural leadership skills and desire for responsibility
