As a Program/Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing projects in the production environment. You manage complex technical initiatives from planning to implementation and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve objectives on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities

Lead technical projects from initiation to final acceptance
Ensure adherence to scope, quality, schedule, and budget
Coordinate complex customer and internal projects
Collect and analyze data to support decision-makers
Create clear communication for executives and stakeholders
Monitor execution and manage risks
Adhere to project plans and meet business requirements
Promote cross-functional collaboration for process improvement
Manage project changes and coordinate control processes
Conduct project closures with documentation and knowledge transfer
Support supplier readiness and production launches
Align and integrate external partners

Your profile

Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a master's degree or equivalent experience
At least 6 years' experience in project or program management
Knowledge in strategic project leadership
Skills in scheduling and recovery planning
Experience in executive communication
Experience in supplier and customer management
Competence in risk and escalation management
Experience in team coordination without direct authority
Data-driven decision making
Preferred experience in semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industries
Understanding of operations, manufacturing, and supply chain
Project management certifications like PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
Experience in change management and continuous improvement
