Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

• Development and maintenance of standardized operating procedures and work instructions
• Identification of improvement opportunities using established methods such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Prioritization and implementation of continuous improvement projects
• Promotion of a continuous improvement culture with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Integration of Design for Quality and Design for Manufacturability in product developments
• Standardization of technical and operational reviews
• Leading cross-functional problem-solving initiatives for process optimization
• Implementation of structured change management practices
• Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Data analysis for identifying performance deficiencies and trends
• Facilitation of root cause analyses and introduction of corrective actions
• Initiation of measures for process stabilization and error prevention
• Establishment of closed-loop improvement cycles with monitoring
• Expertise and coaching in continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Influence on stakeholders to ensure sustainable improvements

• Completed degree in engineering or related fields
• Advanced academic degree preferred
• At least 10 years of professional experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering
• Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry or similar high-tech sectors
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC
• Experience in process standardization and KPI development
• Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis
• Success in implementing improvement initiatives with measurable benefits
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• German language skills are an advantage
• Proven leadership experience in matrix organizations
• Preferred certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing
