Project Manager - Construction (m/f/d)

• You independently manage construction projects until turnkey handover.
• You coordinate the entire construction site and ensure smooth operations.
• You support clients throughout the entire project process and are available as a contact person.
• You prepare comprehensive tenders and conduct awarding procedures.
• You oversee the performance of subcontractors and conduct accurate cost assessments.
• You create construction schedules and ensure adherence to them.
• You develop plans from draft to detailed planning in close collaboration with the team.
• You document all project steps and ensure proper billing.
• You independently solve problems and contribute to project optimization.
• You use digital solutions for efficient project management.

• You have completed technical training in construction (HTL, FH, University).
• You bring 2-3 years of experience in planning and construction management.
• You possess excellent AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
• You possess excellent German and good English skills.
• You are a strong communicator and have excellent problem-solving skills.
• You are flexible, resilient, and show above-average commitment.
• You are willing to travel and have a Class B driving license.
