• You are responsible for the strategic development of construction projects.
• You handle all planning steps from design to detailed elaboration.
• You lead the project team and coordinate with external partners.
• You develop and implement brand concepts and innovative spatial solutions.
• You prepare tenders, carry out awards, and oversee their implementation.
• You manage all construction phases and ensure timely project completion.
• You are responsible for the controlling, billing, and post-calculation of projects.
• You maintain customer contact and ensure high-quality performance.
• You use digital technologies to ensure efficient workflows.
• You document project results and continuously optimize processes.

• You have completed a construction technical education (HTL, FH, or university).
• You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in planning and strategic project development.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
• You are assertive, communicative, and possess analytical skills.
• Flexibility, high resilience, and commitment are your attributes.
• A class B driving license and willingness to travel complete your profile.
