HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to advise and support executives and employees on personnel-related issues. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and driving the development of modern HR processes.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting executives and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Advising on personnel-related issues as a point of contact
- Responsibility for the recruiting process including onboarding and offboarding
- Conducting entry and exit interviews to enhance the employee experience
- Guiding organizational and change processes
- Implementing HR measures within the company
- Collaboration with the HR department, executives, departments, and external partners
- Coordinating and clarifying employment law issues
- Analyzing and continuously optimizing HR processes
- Participating in and leading HR and digitization projects
- Contributing to the development and standardization of HR systems
- Planning and moderating workshops
- Deriving and sustainably following up on measures from employee surveys
- Evaluating HR metrics and providing analysis for management
Your profile
- Completed university degree with a focus on HR management or business
- Alternative comparable qualification in HR
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Experience in a similar HR role
- Enjoy working with executives and works council
- High service orientation and solution focus
- Confident and assured communication skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Proactive approach to tasks
- Interest in digital HR solutions and modern systems
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English skills
