You will lead the development of an international accounting software and e-invoicing systems. In this role, you will closely collaborate with various departments and IT teams to implement regulatory requirements and drive digital innovations.
Your responsibilities
- Functional leadership of the IT coordination accounting team
- Disciplinary leadership of the team
- Strategic development of the accounting software
- Operational development of the e-invoicing systems
- Ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations in accounting
- Ensuring compliance in e-invoicing processes
- Management of product development for digital accounting processes
- Coordination of e-invoicing development
- Integration of AI technologies in financial processes
- Collaboration with finance, accounting, and IT departments
- Analysis of technical requirements
- Creation of technical solution concepts
- Definition of software requirements for developments
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership position
- In-depth understanding of accounting processes
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with e-invoicing solutions
- Experience in digitized business processes
- Ideally, experience in internationally operating corporations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Good understanding of processes
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
