Production Manager

• Take responsibility for the overall production management and lead a team of approximately 40 staff members.
• Ensure stable and planned production execution.
• Manage capacity and set priorities in production.
• Optimize production processes and material flows.
• Ensure high delivery quality and timely shipments.
• Promote shop floor management for operational production control.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Drive digitalization initiatives within production.
• Further develop collaboration between production, planning, logistics, and maintenance.
• Handle a high variety in product types and different batch sizes in manufacturing.

• Completed technical education
• Multiple years of leadership experience in production, preferably in shift operations.
• Experience in diverse series or contract manufacturing.
• Proficiency in managing capacity constraints and changing priorities.
• Competence in controlling setup operations.
• Familiarity with demanding delivery schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of lean management
• Knowledge of the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Experience in shop floor management.
• Experience with ERP and PPS systems.
• Experience in data-driven production management.
• Advantageous: knowledge of metalworking or mechanical engineering.
