Your profile
- Completed business-technical education

- At least 7 to 10 years of leadership experience
- Leadership experience in the software sector
- Leadership experience in the technology sector
- International experience in building digital business models
- Experience in the digital transformation of traditional companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Successfully led large interdisciplinary teams
- Successfully led organizational structures with 40+ FTEs
- Good understanding of software engineering
- Understanding of the technological impacts of software engineering
- Expertise in software business dynamics
- Expertise in strategic growth planning
