We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Real Estate and Construction team. The position includes responsibility for the expansion strategy and management of the branch portfolio. Economic management and cross-team collaboration are central tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the Real Estate Team with 10 employees
- Disciplinary leadership of the entire Real Estate and Construction sector
- Management of the expansion strategy and definition of location criteria
- Planning and controlling projects and budgets
- Responsibility for rental conditions in real estate management
- Monitoring of capital expenditures (Capex)
- Responsibility for maintenance costs
- Analysis of the location quality of branches
- Optimization of the cost structure of the branch portfolio
- Assessment of the revenue potential of existing locations
- Ensuring efficient processes in the Real Estate sector
- Continuous development of the organizational structure in real estate management
- Cross-departmental collaboration with Store Operations
- Coordination with internal and external legal departments
- Collaboration with logistics and other interfaces
Your profile
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector
- Preferred experience in the retail environment
- Several years of leadership experience in internationally operating organizations
- Completed studies in real estate management
- Alternatively, engineering or business administration
- Independent working style.
- Efficient working methodology
- Solution-oriented
- Fluent English skills at negotiation level
- Very good German language skills
