We are seeking an experienced operational buyer responsible for planning and managing material supply. You will be part of the team and support the optimization of processes within the supply chain.
Your responsibilities
- Planning the material supply for defined items
- Managing material flows to ensure availability
- Supporting the development of supply chain processes
- Improving existing logistics processes
- Further developing the ERP system in collaboration with specialist departments
- Ensuring the quality of master data in the ERP system
- Independently conducting the complete ordering process
- Initiating orders
- Monitoring and reviewing invoices
- Coordinating supply with internal stakeholders
- Coordinating supply with external suppliers
Your profile
- Completed education or degree in logistics or supply chain
- Professional experience in material planning or scheduling
- Professional experience in operational purchasing
- Experience with ERP systems
- Structured working style
- Reliability in task performance
- Autonomous working
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
