You take on the leadership and operational management of a production area for drilling and milling tools. Your focus is on optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, deadlines, and productivity.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth production operations
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality goals and guidelines
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines and delivery schedules
- Ensuring and controlling productivity
- Shared responsibility for leading the production area
- Operational management and coordination of production processes
- Leading and motivating employees
- Analyzing existing production processes
- Optimizing production processes
- Organizing the availability of machinery and equipment
- Ensuring the availability of necessary resources
- Collaboration with work preparation, production control, and quality management
- Participating in the introduction of new manufacturing procedures and production standards
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
Your profile
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship, master craftsman, HTL, or equivalent)
- Experience in a managerial role in a production environment is an advantage
- Experience in staff management
- Experience in organizing production processes
- Knowledge in Lean Management is an advantage
- Knowledge in KVP (continuous improvement process) is an advantage
- Strong quality awareness
- Strong cost awareness
- Technical understanding of machines, equipment, and manufacturing processes
