You take on the overall responsibility for production processes and lead department heads as well as a shift team of over 200 employees. You further develop the structure and workflow organization, ensure quality and output, and advance Lean and continuous improvement measures.
Your responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for the production processes
- Lead department heads both technically and organizationally
- Manage operations of over 200 employees in a shift system
- Analyze and further develop workflow organization
- Evaluate and optimize structural organization
- Ensure optimal use of resources
- Monitor and improve product quality
- Plan and ensure production output
- Introduce and strengthen LEAN methods
- Establish and promote a modern leadership culture
- Implement and support a continuous improvement process
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain Management and Engineering
- Maintain collaborations with external partners
- Assume full budget responsibility
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and laws
Your profile
- Completed higher technical education
- Preferably an academic degree
- Several years of leadership responsibility
- Leadership experience in flow/series production
- Experience with shift operations
- Commercial understanding
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- English language skills
- Social competence in leadership
