A person is sought to co-manage a temporary fondue chalet with a second executive. The focus will be on operational responsibility, coordinating service, and engaging with guests and the team.
Your responsibilities
- Take over the operational management of the chalet
- Actively shape service times
- Independently manage shifts
- Maintain an overview during peak operations
- Motivate the team
- Coordinate service procedures
- Lend a hand in service
- Be present for guests
- Demonstrate warm hospitality
- Complete daily accounting
- Review shift reports
- Support the preparation of the pop-up
- Participate in the setup and teardown of the pop-up
- Coordinate tasks with Livia
- Share responsibility with Livia
Your profile
- Professional experience in gastronomy
- Service experience
- Leadership experience
- Experience as Chef de Service
- Experience in managing an operation
- Willingness for the next professional step
- Independent working style
- Clear communication
- Solution-oriented action during high operations
- Good German language skills
- Additional languages advantageous
- Gastronomy training advantageous
- Hotel management school advantageous
- Willingness to work in November and December
- Willingness for a temporary/sessional contract
