In this role, you will manage the accounting and oversee monthly and annual financial statements. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of processes, systems, and projects in accounting.
Your responsibilities
- Management of the entire financial accounting
- Management of fixed asset accounting
- Management of accounts receivable
- Management of accounts payable
- Management of bank accounting
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparing annual financial statements
- Collaboration with tax consulting
- Professional leadership of the bookkeeping team
- Disciplinary leadership of the bookkeeping team
- Development of the three direct reports
- Supporting the transition to a new accounting system
- Handling projects in accounting
- Optimizing processes in accounting
- Digitalizing processes in accounting
Your profile
- Completed accountant certification
- Solid knowledge of the UGB
- Experience with other accounting standards
- Knowledge of HGB
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Knowledge of US-GAAP
- Experience with complex corporate structures
- Strong process understanding
- Experience in continuous process improvement
- Experience in documenting processes
- Experience in setting up processes
