Your responsibilities

Management of operations at a delivery location
Leading and developing a team of around 50 employees
Coordination of personnel planning and scheduling
Responsibility for budget compliance at the location
Organization of the delivery of letters, parcels, and promotional mail
Monitoring of on-site operational processes
Ensuring the quality and punctuality of deliveries
Use of modern technologies to support work processes
Collaboration with the team to optimize operational processes

Your profile

Strong communication skills
Fluent negotiation skills
Sensitivity in dealing with employees
Several years of leadership experience
Experience in logistics or production is desirable
Passion for leadership and site management
Ability to further develop teams
Class B driving license
Independent and reliable work style
Willingness to take on responsibility
